Designers, Please Help Wikipedia!
Open Source project communities have the habit to decide that logos are needed for particular things, hand the task over to everybody and then conduct a competition to find the best candidate. So does Wikipedia currently. Not that they question their current logo (if we can call it that), but (they say) they need another one for their media archive.
Please, if you are a designer skilled to prevent the worst, create a draft and hand it in!
